Hold on to your horses, for here they come: The Outlaws. One of the world’s largest motorcycle clubs has had an explosive growth in Norway the last couple of years. In a new documentary from TV2, the filmmakers Jørn Berge Larsen and Knut Westad follow a guy called Shorty. Shorty is an Outlaw-to-be and his road to be a satisfactory and respected member of the club is not always without challenges. We are taking the journey with him, and as such, we get a nuanced insight into an environment otherwise closed to the public eye. A trip of 18 months with Shorty – in the good times and the bad times. Produced by Filmhuset and Kaja Elise Sundbø Olsen. Edited by Martin Stoltz and colour graded by Mathias Theissen, Hocus Focus.
