In-house update: We can hereby declare the arrival of our up and coming Mistika operator Mathias Theissen. Specialising in colour grading, his signature is written on several heavyweight productions at Hocus Focus lately. To mention a nice bundle from the past, present and future, the two short films “Lasses lodd i livet” (directed by Robin Jensen) and “Malabar” (directed by Espen Vidar) is a good place to start. The quality of the images is essential in making us see and feel the everyday life of Lasse, Kristina, Kristoffer and the other characters involved. A quality equally important for the incredible and electric live-atmosphere of BigBang’s music video “Isabel”, at one point transmitted to potentially
25 million viewers in the US on HD net. In the pipeline these days are a documentary series about the motorcycle club Outlaws “De fredløse”, coming up at your TV screens if you tune in TV2. So watch this space…
