Perfect balance/
Cheese is the topic, Tine BA is the company and Engfrisk is the product. Norway’s largest producer, distributor and exporter of dairy products is turning 130 years in 2011 and is owned by 16312 dairy farmers. They are still managing to come up with new and fabulous products. According to Yngvar Andersen, a well known TV face from NRK Puls and the magazine ShapeUp’s training expert, Engfrisk is a perfectly balanced cheese. A healthier cheese with less fat, a cheese you can enjoy after the gym without a bad conscious – hip hurray! The cheese looks very eatable and the visuals look delicate, much thanks to director Stig Svendsen and photographer Halvor Bræin. Without having much to do with cheese, they have included the perfect winter image of being inside with an open fire, looking outside – on the snow-covered landscape.
