Resurrection/
Mr. Eurodance himself, the Swedish artist Basshunter, has released a new single and music video. I PROMSIDED MYSELF was originally written and performed by Nick Kamen back in 1990. Now the song has its resurrection with Basshunter alias Jonas Altberg, and so has his favourite girl; Aylar. His previous video EVERY MORNING was proclaimed as Aylar’s last appearance in Basshunter’s music videos. So she died… or so we thought. Here she is again, as vivid flashbacks at Basshunter’s Nokia mobile phone (dear we ask how much for the product placement?). The Swedish artist is huge and his videos directed by Alex Herron are watched by millions of people at YouTube. Herron is a natural for this kind of work, with his playful and delicate visuals. The team at Hocus Focus really enjoy working with the director, not only because of his talent, but also because he is a lovely (read gorgeous) man.
