Going global: Its huge, its powerful and its persuading. INVOLVE YOURSELF is an annual campaign initiated by five Norwegian organisations: Norwegian Red Cross Youth, the Norwegian Refugee Council, Save the Children Youth, Changemaker and Norwegian Peoples Aid Youth. This year the organisations are going global, with the well founded argument that human rights concern the entire planet. The hard-hitting and rather gloomy film is produced by Arnt Egil Andreassen and Dallas Film, directed by Magne Pettersen and graded by Haavard Albersen, Hocus Focus. The Norwegian actor Ingar Helge Gimle makes a splendid performance as the MAN who goes from a self-confident smug to a paranoid and scared human soul, representing the duality in all of us. The atmosphere of Judgement Day IS scary, and so it is to think about child soldiers, mutilation and rape of children. Hopefully the call for action by giving your face for human rights will succeed.
